DPI HYDROFORM BS is a ready-to-use, radiopaque, premixed calcium hydroxide paste containing barium sulphate, designed for use as a liner or temporary dressing in dental procedures. Its highly alkaline formulation helps neutralize acids from dental cements and provides protective action for the dentine and pulp.
The creamy, premixed consistency allows convenient application without mixing. When applied as a thin layer and appropriately dried, it is designed not to interfere with the quality of the subsequent filling. DPI describes the material as helping reduce dentine hypersensitivity and supporting the formation of secondary dentine.
